Question:

I have a 1999 F250 crewcab shortbed and I want to install the Curt under bed gooseneck hitch C60685 and Firestone F2550 airbags. I watched your videos and cannot tell if these 2 products are compatible with each other or if there is a problem with installing these 2 together. it appears there may be an interference problem with the top brackets for the airbags with the hitch frame. Can you assist with verifying if these are compatible?

Yes, the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60685 and the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550 are compatible with each other. Since they mount on opposite sides of the frame they will both fit on your 1999 Ford F-250.

I also recommend adding an air compressor kit like the WirelessONE # AL25980 because it gives you the ability to easily adjust and monitor the pressure in your air bags on the fly.
