By hitch I assume you mean the shank. I would need to know the model number of the weight distribution system to get you the correct replacement arms. If you could get back to me with that information I may be able to find a solution for you.

From your photo it looks as if you have a Reese Strait-Line weight distribution system such as # RP66074. Without knowing the model though you will need to know your total tongue weight to find the correct replacement arms. The tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's GVWR but you'll want to verify it by using a scale such as the etrailer # e99044 or by using one of the methods outlined in the help article on determining tongue weight I've linked for you. From there, simply add on the weight of the cargo behind the rear axle of your vehicle and you'll have your TTW. The ideal system would be one in which your TTW would fall somewhere in the middle of the weight distribution system's tongue weight capacity. The available replacement bars are either trunnion or round. For trunnion bars # RP23227 has a 200 lbs - 600 lbs tongue weight capacity, # RP22225 has a 400 lbs - 800 lbs tongue weight capacity and # RP66009 has a 600 lbs - 1,200 lbs tongue weight capacity. For the round bars # RP58114 has a 400 lbs - 800 lbs tongue weight capacity. You will need to know if you need trunnion bars or round bars which you can do by taking a look at your hitch head. If yours looks like the Replacement Head for Trunnion Bar Systems # RP58167 you would need trunnion bars; if it looks like the Replacement Head for Round Bar Systems # RP58112 you know you would need round bars. Additionally, this weight distribution system will require a hitch ball, either # A-90 for a 2" ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16" ball. For your shank your options are going to depend on the amount of rise or drop you need. For example # RP3215 will give you up to 10-1/4" of rise and 6-3/4" drop when used with round-bar systems and a 11-1/2" rise and 5-3/4" drop when used with trunnion-bar models.
