Do Trail Air Pin Boxes have the Same Dimensions as the Pin Boxes they Replace

Question:
I have a 2007 Raptor by Keystone with a Lippert 1116 pin box. I currently pull the trailer with a 99 F350 that is lifted 6 inches. I had a local suspension shop build me new U-bolts and blocks to set the Raptor to the correct height thus loading all three axles the same and I also enjoy a very level trailer attitude when pulling. I am replacing the 99 F350 with a new 2018 F350. The new truck will not be lifted but is quite tall for a factory pick up. My current plan is to purchase a B W companion that will fit the factory installed tow prep kit puck system on the new truck. I would like to replace the 1116 pin box with a new Trail air 1116 replacement. I plan to wait until the new truck arrives so that I can get actual measurements from the new truck and existing trailer. Will the trail air 1116 pin box have the same dimensions as does the current 1116 with regard to length and depth? In other words, assuming that I have the correct air pressure in the new pin box, would it be a direct replacement for the current 1116 and maintain my nice level ride status with the 99 F350? If this is the case, then I can assume that it would fit and work with the new truck as well although I may have to adjust it down on the Raptor frame as necessary to maintain the bed rail clearance. Does my plan sound reasonable to you experts?

Replacement pin boxes such as # LC155943 aren't exactly the same as the stock pin boxes they replace. But they are really close because they have to be. I am confident you won't run into any issues with the ride being off level. Like you said the pin box can be mounted higher or lower on the trailer's mounting wings.
The 5th wheel hitches, # BWRVK3300 for long beds or # BWRVK3370 for short beds, for your 2018 Ford F-350 are also height adjustable. I have included some links to all 3 products for you.
