What size replacement lube plate do I need for a 2004 everest

Normally the lube plate size needed is based on the fifth wheel hitch used and not the trailer. For example the Reese part # RP83002 is a 10 inch diameter plate that is designed for 16 and 22k fifth wheel hitches.
You might just measure what you currently have and go from there.
