I spoke with my contact at B&W regarding the Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116 referenced in your question. She stated that the estimated/average installation time for this kit is around 2 hours.

This heavy-duty hitch features a removable ball that can be stored upside down in the hitch when you aren't towing. It has a towing weight capacity of 30,000 pounds and is confirmed to fit the 2017-2018 Ford F-250/350 4WD without the factory rail kit.
