We do not carry a 6,000-lbs axle at this time but do have the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, Item # TASR7KS01. This system replaces your existing axles, fits any frame width, and works with 1-axle and 2-axle trailers. It provides a smooth, quiet, and safe ride and will increase ground clearance. It is compatible with spindles/hubs that have inner bearings like Item # 25580 and outer bearings like Item # 14125A.
If you go this route and need hubs and drums, I recommend looking at something like the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly, Item # 42866UC3-EZ. This assembly fits 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb E-Z Lube axles and works with inner bearings like Item # 25580 and outer bearings like Item # 14125A. They are compatible with electric and hydraulic drum brakes. These work with an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern and the kit includes bearings, races, seals, grease caps, wheel bolts, and lug nuts.
For a brake controller, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller, Item # RED44FR. This proportional controller mounts almost anywhere and is very easy to install and use. It also works no matter what its positioning which is a big plus.
If these options will not work for you, send me more details about your trailer, bearing sizes, pictures, etc. and I will make a more specific recommendation.
To assist with your project I have attached additional information and videos.
