HAVE A 2017 F350 WITH A FACTORY GOOSE NECK INSTALLED. CUSTOMER HAS A BandW COMPANION FIFTH WHEEL IS THERE AN ADAPTER FOR THE OE GOOSENECK BALL TO SQUARE MOUNT ON THIS FIFTH WHEEL HITCH

Since your customer has a 2017 Ford F-350 with a factory rail kit and a Companion hitch the only solution is to replace the base of the Companion with one that fits the factory rail kit.
So if they have a long bed hitch they'd want the Companion fixed base part # BWRVB3300, or if they have a short bed they'd need the slider base part # BWRVB3370.
The head of their hitch will easily swap onto either base.
