Do you sell an adapter plate for 5th wheel hitch or complete unit the plugs into factory puc system in 2016 Nissan Titan XD

Yes, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6200 will fit your 2016 Nissan Titan XD and allow for the use of most 5th wheel hitches that use industry standard rails (ISR) for the exception of the B&W Patriot Slider.

For an option that will not require an adapter, I recommend using the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16540-16026 as long as you have the 8' bed. The Curt A20 is specifically designed to work with the factory puck system in your Titan XD. It has a 20,000 lb towing capacity and is the newest version of the Curt 5th wheel hitch with improved head unit.
