On the Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w Chrome Balls - 2" Hitch - 8" Drop, 9" Rise # FA42-00-2800, the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball is 8-1/2 inches.
I am including a picture that will show the measurement.
