does the Nighthawk 676 come with the 6 pin receptacle and mounting bracket needed for front of towed vehicle, to mate with the electric line supplied with the 676?

Yes, the Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow Bar # RM-676 does come with the 6-pin receptacle and mounting bracket; you can see this in the accompanying photo I've added which shows that particular part. This is a very unique tow bar that has wiring and safety cables included and has a self-aligning design which makes connecting and disconnecting a simple process.
