Yes, the Extang MaxSeal Tailgate Seal # EX1140 will fit a 2012 Chevy Silverado as well as any other truck; it will simply need to be cut to fit. This seal is 10 feet long, 1-3/8" wide and is a universal, one-size-fits-all seal. I've added a link to a video review of this product for you to take a look at.
