The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar part # RA960137 is very simple to install and will only require one hardwire connection. I have attached the installation instructions for you below but to summarize, you will first want to plug the 4-way trailer connector on the light bar into the 4-way trailer connector on the vehicle. If you don't already have a 4-way trailer connector you can use part # HM11141835. I also highly recommend using a bit of part # 11755 before mating the two connectors together as this will keep out dirt and debris.
The final thing you will need to do to install the light bar is make the reverse light connection. This will require you to splice into an existing circuit and you can use both part # PTW2993 and part # SWC501746-1 to do so. What you will want to do is have a friend sit in the vehicle and shift the vehicle into reverse while planting his or her foot firmly on the brake pedal. You will then need to test the wire loom in or around the tailgate housing to find the proper reverse light circuit.
