The Trailer Valet part # TVXL2 that you mentioned would still be a great choice for a 2,700 lb travel trailer as long as you have a 2 inch hitch ball. The Trailer Valet XL dollies are the best way to move a trailer around by hand whether the trailer is on the higher end of the Valet's capacity or the lower end.
If you wanted to use a drill instead of the crank handle you could use the part # TVDA. This allows you to attach a high speed drill to the crank and move it without needing to manually crank it.
If you wanted something that you could use just as the trailer jack instead we have the # STC-V211. This is a similar Trailer Valet setup that functions as a trailer jack and has the ability for you to crank it by hand or drill to move it.
