Yes, the Camco Brass Propane Tee # CAM59125 referenced in your question does indeed include the 5 foot supply hose that will allow you to connect an auxiliary propane cylinder. One end of the hose features an excess flow soft nose P.O.L. to connect to the tank and a 1/4 inch inverted flare male connection at the other end to connect with the tee.
