Do The Brass Caps Come with the Propane Tee CAM59125

do I have to have hoses connected to all of the openings on the tee part?

The brass tee part of the Camco Brass Propane Tee and 5-Foot Supply Hose # CAM59125 can be used with just the connections you need. If you refer to the linked photo of the tee you'll note that it coms with brass caps for both the top and side ports. These allow you to use the tee with only the soft-nose and female POL fittings.
