The 4-port brass tee included in Camco Brass Propane Tee and Hose Kit # CAM59125 has one each of the following propane connectors:

Female P.O.L. (connects to propane regulator)
Excess flow soft nose P.O.L. (connects to propane supply)
1"-20 Male throwaway cylinder thread (lets you attach a hose)
1/4" Inverted flare (lets you connect a propane cylinder supply hose)

This kit also includes a 5-foot hose with an Excess flow soft nose P.O.L. at one end and a 1/4-inch Inverted flare male connection at the other end.
