According to the owners manual for your 2009 Chevrolet Aveo, the vehicle cannot be flat-towed with four wheels down as this could cause damage to the drivetrain components. The recommended way to flat-tow this vehicle in on a dolly from the front with only the rear two wheels down. A tow dolly will create far less stress and wear on the toad vehicle than flat-towing with four wheels down will.
For a tow dolly that will work well for you, I recommend using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1. This tow dolly has a 4,250 lb weight capacity, electric brakes, loading ramps, and taillights. It is also one of the most cost effective options to get you setup for flat-towing.
I have attached a review video of the above dolly for you as well.
