Can Camco Trailer Tongue Jack Stand be used if the jack has a wheel?

Camco Trailer Tongue Jack Stand # CAM44635 cannot be used on a jack that has a wheel unless you were to remove the wheel first. For a jack with a wheel I recommend the Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620. Lay it on its side and use the rectangular opening for the jack wheel.
