I'm looking for a steel rim for my golf cart. 18.5x8.5-8. Any suggestions?

Based on your information, it sounds like you have a 7 inch rim with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. For rims, I recommend the Americana Steel Trailer Wheel, Item # AM20028, that you reference. It is a solid center wheel with a nice galvanized finish and a weight capacity of 1,165-lbs. If you would be interested in a tire and wheel combo, I recommend the Kenda 215/60-8, Item # AM3H323, which is the same size and capacity.
Tire sizing has changed so the older size of 18.5x8.5-8 is now 215/60-8 which will make your tire hunting easier in the future.
