Can Yakima Rail Grab Lock Cores be Swapped into Skyline Towers

Question:
I have 4 lock cores in my current rail grabs. Is there a way to remove those and install them into a 4 pack of the SkyLine Towers? This would be going on my 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE with flush side rails

If you unlock the Yakima cores you can use the change key part # Y8007835 to remove the cores from the old rack and then install them into the Skyline towers # Y53TR. Yakima hasn't changed their lock core design so this would work easily.
