Yes, the # 39812 Camco RhinoFLEX Motor Home Sewer Hose, Wye Fitting come with the elbow.
This "Y" fitting is perfect for an RV with 2 separate holding tank valves. Connect 2 hoses with lug fittings to the ends with bayonets, and connect the other end to a hose headed for the dump station.
