Question:

I have a 2016 Ford F150 SuperCrew Cab with a 5.5 foot bed. I already have a BakFlip G2 Tonneau cover on my truck and noticed that the side rail cap does not have a cut-out for the front stakeholders see attached photo. Ive done a lot of research and believe I know how to access the front stakeholder wells, but I dont want to do anything yet until I know the rack will work with my current tonneau cover. Will the TA21508-02 fit on my truck and work with the Bakflip G2 tonneau cover?

The TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-508 is a fit for your 2016 Ford F-150 with 5.5 foot bed. The BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26329 will work with this rack because the rails of the tonneau fit inside the bed rails and the SR sits on top of the rails mounting into the stake pockets. What is not known is how well the edges of the tonneau will hold up over time as the SR rail does make contact when folding, yet will allow access.

The only cover that we have confirmed works well over time is the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK39329.
