Question:

We bought a Chevy Spark 2017. Can you tell me what parts I need to tow with a blue ox tow bar? Pls tell me the total list parts. Thanks.

According to the 2017 Chevrolet Spark owner's manual, only the manual transmission vehicles can be flat towed. Automatic transmission vehicles can only be transported with a dolly or trailer.

To flat tow a 2017 Spark with manual transmission, you will need base plates, compatible tow bar, safety cables, lighting, a supplemental braking system, and maybe a high low hitch adapter.

For base plates, I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit with Removable Arms, Item # BX1725.

It sounds like you already have a Blue Ox tow bar but if you need one I recommend the Blue Ox Acclaim, Item # BX4330. It is very dependable, easy to hook up, and safety cables are included.

For brake and tail lights, I recommend the Roadmaster Bulb and Socket Kit, Item # RM-155. This kit is a completely independent system from your vehicle's lighting system that mounts inside your tail light lens housing.

Most states require a supplemental braking system in the vehicle being flat towed. I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play Proportional System, Item # SM99251. The SMI has a one time setup and works proportionally with your RV's brake lights. You will also need a Stop Light Switch, Item # RM-751480, for the braking system to work properly.

A high-low hitch adapter may also be needed to keep your vehicle fairly level while being flat towed. A "safe zone" of 3 inches above or 3 inches below level must be maintained while towing a vehicle. High-low adapters provide necessary rise or drop to get into the "safe zone".
