I spoke with my contact at Kodiak and was able to confirm that the Disc Brake Caliper - Stainless Steel # KDBC225S will work perfectly with your existing Kodiak 225 Series with 12 inch rotors. He also stated that you can use your existing bolts without modification but he does recommend using the two new bolts that will come included with the caliper. They should be torqued down to 45 ft-lbs.
The stainless steel caliper does include the ceramic brake pads along with an oversize, stainless steel piston. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
