Is There a Noticeable Difference Between Factory and Aftermarket Gooseneck Ball and Hooks for Chevy?
Updated 01/03/2018 | Published 01/02/2018 >
Question:
I just bought a new Chevy 2500 with the factory gooseneck installed. However, I did not get the ball and safety chain hooks from factory. I was wondering if I would notice any difference in buying the Curt ball and chain hooks compared to ball and chain hook from Chevrolet? I know there is a big price difference but was wondering if there were any other differences?

Apart from having more money in your wallet by going with the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit # C60692 over the factory items, there is not going to be any difference. The Curt kit was designed to work with the factory rails in your new Chevy 2500 and will be a perfect fit. I've added links to some video reviews on this product for you to take a look at as well.
