The # JET-01 electric jack cover measures approximately 11-1/2 by 11-1/2 inches square for the height and width and it's about 4-3/4 inches wide. I've attached a diagram for you.
It's designed specifically for the # JET-2500, JET-3500 and JET-3700 Stromberg Carlson jacks.
