Purchased Sears Sports 15-cav cargo carrier in 2002, lost keys for locking. The mechanism you show is not the same on unit. Is it possible to buy a key for this unit?

Since Thule helped to create the Sears cargo boxes their keys will work for your application.
All you will need to do is type in our search box "THKEY" followed by the number found on your lock cylinder. For example the key # THKEYN061 is for a lock core number N061.
If your lock core looks significantly different from the Thule lock cores, like the N061 core # THLOCKN061, if you send me a picture I can verify if it is compatible with that key or not.
