The TruXedo LoPro QT tonneau cover that fits the 2001 Ford F-350 long-bed pickup is part # TX559601. This is shown on the linked page along with all covers offered by TruXedo and other makers.
For a replacement vinyl tarp portion you can use part # TX559601-CVR. For replacement weather seal use part # TX1114731 which is sold by the foot.
