Is Replacement Trailer Winch Handle, # DL70336, a Quick Attach Model

Question:
Is your 6 winch handle a quick-attach like the 9 1/2 model? The picture shows it is. However, when I go to the manufacturers page, it shows as an ordinary winch handle with a machined hole.

I spoke with my contact at Dutton-Lainson and she verified that the Replacement Winch Handle, # DL70336, is a Quick Attach model like shown in the pictures on the product page.
