For your Lippert Components Power Stabilizer Trailer Jack # LC298707 the wiring is pretty simple. There are two wires that come out of the motor and they are both used as power or ground depending on the direction you want to turn the motor. To connect them to a switch, you will have power and ground to the switch and then extend or retract on the switch. Simply attach the two motor wires to the switch and reverse them if they are working the opposite way as labeled. I've attached the owners manual to assist. I've also attached the wiring diagram from Lippert to assist.

The stabilizer system on my 2012 Sunset Trail Reserve trailer is not working properly. The back stabilizers are working fine. The front ones were not working at all, so I replaced the switch and they worked fine on our first two camping trips. When we arrived home the other day, I could not get them to go down. I attempted to hand crank them and they would not budge. I took the motor off and found it was froze because the motor was burnt up. I replaced the motor and now the stabilizers will go up by operating the switch, but not go down by the switch. I have checked all fuses and all are fine. I replaced the switch with a new one. Still the same. Could it possibly be the female plug? I would appreciate your help and advice. Thank you.
