Using Stromberg Carlson Bike Adapters on an Oxgord Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier

Question:
Will these Stromberg bike adaptors work on any steel mesh bottom cargo carrier? Specifically, l have an Oxgord rear hitch mount cargo carrier, 60inch long.

To use the Stromberg Carlson Bike Adapters, your carrier will need to have the available wheel base for your bikes, and also holes in its mesh that are roughly 5-1/2 inches apart center to center to properly mount the bike adapter plates into the carrier's floor.
