Question:

Does the Bulldog 2-1/4inch Long, Weld-On Jack Pipe Mount for 2-1/2inch Female Mount and 5/8inch Pin have a concave side which can be welded to the pipe? I dont see how it is a match for 2 1/2inch round tongue.

There is no bolt-on style jack made for a round tube trailer frame since this would make securing the jack rather difficult. The jack would want to rotate around the frame tube whenever it was under load. Your only option is to weld a jack mount onto your round tongue. You can use a pipe-mount type like the Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 2,000 lbs # BD1541150301. This will require the mount # BD015279 and caster wheel # JC-102.

No, there is not a concaved side so you would need to grind it to shape in order to weld it in place. There is not a easy fit for a round tongue because it is not a standard application, so customization will be needed, but the pipe mount is the only option I am aware of that will work for your application.
