If I buy a Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Trailer Brake Controller can I use it i.e. easily move it between 2 different tow vehicles or do I need one for each vehicle?

The Curt Echo Brake Controller # C51180 is designed as a brake controller you can move between vehicles so you would not need one for each vehicle.
What would be necessary in each car is the wiring to add a brake controller; if your vehicle does not have a factory tow package, you would need a 4-way connector (which will vary depending on the vehicle) and the Installation Kit # ETBC7L.
