Replacement Spindle Seal # BB60005 Recommendation for a Trailstar Boat Trailer

Question:
I have a 2001 Trailstar boat trailer from Tracker. I am pretty sure it was a dry rotted o ring that I pulled from the inside when the wheel and hub were still on the trailer. It is an e-z lube spindle and it is 1.375 where the seal sits. The hub is measurement is 1.98_. The spindle size is 1.06. I am having a hard time finding the correct seal at autoparts stores. The only thing I found on your website is code# BB60005. I have never used a seal that has an o ring. Does this sound like the correct application?
