The 20x47 Pro Series Cargo Carrier # 63155 weighs about 39 lbs and is rated for a weight capacity of up to 300 lbs. The actual weight for carrying cargo will be limited by your hitch receiver's tongue weight rating and the 39 lbs of the carrier.
You will need a hitch pin like # PC2 or a hitch lock. I recommend the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 1-1/4" Hitches # e98879 which will secure and lock your carrier.
