I have a solution I can provide for you but we do not carry the replacement lens you are looking for. The clearance light part # MCL31AB and # MCL31RB are very close in shape and dimension to the lights you are looking for.
They are both 4 inches wide by 2 inches tall. The # MCL31AB is amber in color and the part # MCL31RB is red in color.
