The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11048 is compatible with the Curt Class II Drawbar - 5" Rise - 11-5/8" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45015 you referenced. You will also need a hitch ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch diameter or # A-82 for a 2 inch diameter.
For trailer wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118487. This will connect behind your tail lights and then draw power directly from your battery. I've attached an article to assist with this wire routing.
