The old backing had the bolts permanently in them, yours just have holes

For 12 inch assemblies like the # 23-105-09 that you referenced we have the bolts part # BRKH12 designed as a fit. This is a kit with nuts, washers and bolts. This is all you'd need to install the assemblies after removing your old ones.
