I have a solutions for your pulsating electric brake issue. Installing the tow Ready Pulse Preventer for Electric Brake Controllers, # 5501, will help eliminate the pulsing in your electric brakes, especially if you have the brake controller set at an aggressive setting.

The attached diagram will explain the basic installation of the pulse preventer for you to review.
