Question:
The original steps for my 2006 Newmar Kountry Star are no longer available and the suggested replacement is Kwikee model 888 triple step with motor controller. Is this the correct model for my motor coach?

RV step assemblies are usually off-the-shelf items that are often interchangeable so long as their size and mounting dimensions match. You can see all 3-step units we offer, both manual and motor-powered types, on the linked page.
We carry Lippert Kwikee Series 23, 24 and 25 electric steps. You will want to note your existing steps' mounting dimensions as you review these options. We list the mounting hole dimensions for the steps to help you select a match. For example, part # LC3658373 has a mounting hole pattern of 8 x 22-inches and this includes the step, motor, control unit and switch.
