What is the diameter of the two end caps on the 4inch roller?

One the Bow Roller Assembly w/ Bells # YR450Y-400Y the diameter is 5-1/4 inches at the widest point and 3-1/2 inch where it attaches to the shaft. The shaft diameter it is designed is 1/2 inch.
