From the pictures that you sent in it looks like you either have the Curt Double Lock # C607-604 or the Curt EZr Double Lock # C611-624 installed on your 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 3500.
If you have the Double Lock # C607-604 then you can use the X5 Adapter # C16210, but if you have the EZr Double Lock # C611-624 you will want to use the X5 Adapter # C16220 instead.
Either one of these options will provide you with a standard base plate kit for you to use a 5th wheel hitch with standard attachment points. The top-of-the-line 5th wheel hitch to use with this adapter would be the Reese M5 # RP30928. The M5 has a 4-Way pivoting head and a single jaw to combat chucking and jarring that you experience with 5th wheel towing.
