Recommended Radial Tires for 12 Inch Wheels

Question:

Ive purchased kenda K353 4.80/12 bias tires and ive had nothing but bad luck. 3 out of four tires developed serious issues. Bubbled sidewalls and treads. Does the radial tire Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D fit the same 12inch rim?

The Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140 will fit on the same 12 inch wheel as the 4.80x12 tires you mentioned which use 12x4 inch wheels. This tire has a ply rating of 10 and a maximum load of 1520 lbs at 80 psi. This tire is rated for a maximum speed of 65 mph. These tires have a 2-year limited warranty.

With your previous tires failing, you will want to make sure you stay within the load and speed rating of your tire. You also want to make sure your tires are properly inflated as trailer tires always should be at their max PSI listed on the tire when inflated cold (prior to the trip). This helps them to bear the weight they are intended to carry and dissipate heat properly. I've attached an article to further assist.
