For the rear of your 2003 RLTS Cedar Creek 5th Wheel Hitch, I recommend looking at the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703. This hitch can be either bolted or welded onto the trailer frame and will fit frame widths of 22 to 72 inches. It will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds, although you will also want to check the towing capacity of your 5th Wheel.

This will work on box frames, C-channel frames or I-beam frames. I have attached an installation video and the written instructions that you can use for reference.

I also recommend checking the laws of where you will be traveling because in many places it is illegal to tow a trailer behind another trailer.
