In most trailer wiring the stop and turn light signals are combined into one circuit for each side of the trailer. 4-pole wiring uses a yellow wire for the combined left-hand stop/turn signal and a green wire for the right side. 7-way wiring also combines these light functions. You can refer to the linked article on trailer wiring.
If you are looking to connect a motorcycle's separate stop and turn lights to a trailer whose lighting is combined you can use Roadmaster part # RM-732. This converter takes in the separate signals from the motorcycle and combines the stop/turn circuits at its output.
At the converter's output side you will need to splice in a vehicle-side 4-pole connector # C58044 to match your trailer. Mount the converter in a safe protected spot on the vehicle and carefully wrap all splices with electrical tape. Note that your running (tail) light wire on the bike bypasses this converter completely; it connects directly to the 4-pole's brown wire.
If I have misunderstood your need please reply via email to clarify.
