Question:

Bulldog #BDW20186?? I realize it is a 7/8inch shackle. What is the diameter of the hole that the shackle mounts in???? Thanks!!

I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the Bulldog Winch Receiver Mount with Shackle # BDW20186 referenced in your question. The pin hole that the shackle mounts to has a diameter of right at 1 inch.

As you already mentioned, the shackle itself has a 7/8 inch diameter and the shank is a 2-1/2 inch x 2-1/2 inch, Class V receiver mount. This is a really nice, heavy duty mount that has a break strength of 78,000 pounds and a working load limit of 13,000 pounds.
