Recommendation to Remove Movement In Curt Hitch # C13127 When Towing
Updated 09/12/2017 | Published 09/11/2017 >
Question:
I purchased a trailer hitch from etrailer, I believe it was a curt, every time I go over a bump or crack in the road I can hear whatever it is in towing slamming the receiver ball around in the hitch, is there anything that can be done to help prevent this sometimes ungodly noise?

I checked your order notes and you have the Curt hitch part # C13127 which is a 2 inch trailer hitch.
What you'll want is the anti-rattle hitch lock part # 63232. This installs in the ball mount you have and holds it tight to the hitch wall so that the movement goes away.
