Question:

I have an Equalizer weight distributing hitch for a two inch receiver. I purchased a new F250 with a 3 inch receiver. It came with 2 loose reducers that are impossible to line up in order to the pin. This reducer sleeve sounds like a good solution. But Id just like to make sure.

The Buyers Products adapter # 337RTA302 is the only one that goes from a 3 inch hitch down to a 2 inch and works with your F-250. When using the adapter though the hitch is limited to 1,200 pounds tongue weight and 12,000 pounds gross trailer weight. I have linked a video review of this adapter for you.

I also recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Lock for 3 inch hitches # 63259. It is a 5/8 inch diameter pin for the large 3 inch hitches.
