Is there any better sets that will work better in salt water? I do not have any brakes now and my wheels are 5.30x12 what sets will work for my dual axle trailer?

You can refer to the linked article on adding hydraulic disc brakes to a trailer for a complete recap of the items needed and the things to consider about the available options.
I also linked our page for disc brake kits that work with 12-inch trailer wheels. We have kits rated for both 2000-lb and 3500-lb axles. The best available option for a corrosive salt water environment will be Dacromet-finish brakes like the 3500-lb-rated kit # K2HR35D-8 or the 2000-lb-rated kit # K2HR2D. Stainless steel brakes are better still (and much more costly) but none are offered for your wheel size.
