Does Curt Hitch C15809 Fit w/Same Torklift Rear Camper Tie-Downs as Factory Hitch on 2003 Ram 3500

I have a 2003 dodge ram 3500 long-bed DRW truck with factory 2 inch hitch installed. I have installed a pair of truck camper tie downs to the factory hitch / frame. My question is will this hitch C15809 work with the torklift tie downs. I expect I would have to remove them temporarily to install part number C15808.

For your 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 long bed dually with the factory installed trailer hitch you are likely using rear camper tie-downs # TLD3109. If you switch to a non-Torklift aftermarket trailer hitch you would need to use # TLR3500 for the rear tie-downs. This will be the case for any non-Torklift aftermarket hitch.
If you did go with a Torklift aftermarket hitch such as # TLD1102 or # TLD1102-30 then you would still need different rear tie-downs, # TLR3503.
